随着社会的发展,经济的进步,教育事业所取得的成绩也越来越多。但是随着生活水平的不断提高,以及独生子女成为普遍现象,很多家庭教育就会出现问题。加上信息时代的到来,网络上很多不良信息影响着青少年的心理,同时初中阶段正是学生最具有叛逆心理的时代。作为一名初中班主任,如何将班级管理好,是一件非常不容易的事情。首先就是要从学生的心理入手,了解他们的思想,其次就是营造一个相对宽松的环境。将教学模式围绕学生展开,做到以学生为本的全面关怀与教育。

Coupled with the advent of the information age, many bad information on the network affects the mentality of young people, while junior high school is the most rebellious psychology of students.
