财政监督是财政管理的重要组成部分,是推进财政改革,加强财政管理的有效手段。根据新形势下财政改革和财政管理的要求,只有进一步转变观念,调整工作思路,突出工作重点,改进工作方法,才能不断开创财政监督工作新局面。广西财政监督工作按照“围绕中心、服务大局、依法监督、监管并重、注重实效”的总体思路,以预算编制、预算执行和财政收支、各项改革举措的落实为监督重点,通过创新财政监督运行机制,推动了财政监督工作的深入开展。
