“合板”是指在跳板跳水时,运动员从走板到起跳过程中每一个动作与跳板自身震动之间的关系。正确的“合板”必须建立在运动员的“走板一起跳”动作与板运动协调一致的基础上, 通过动作节奏与跳板振动频率的高度一致,使运动员最充分地利用跳板挠曲产生的弹性势能,获得高的起跳高度和快的旋转速度。“合板”是决定跳板运动成绩的关键因素之一,也是跳板技术训练的主要内容。以往国内外的研究方法主要是将跳板进行单行约束简化, 运用静态负重测试手段对跳板的力学特性进行研究,通过理论推导建立“人一板”模拟模型。该模型在给定运动规律的情况
