应用X光电视对铝合金铸件铸造缺陷形成过程的研究

本文应用 X 光电视,进一步对带箱砂型铝合金铸件的浇注和凝固过程进行了研究,对其铸造缺陷的形成过程和原因进行了分析,以便为该方法能被应用于铸造现场生产寻找一个可行的途径。

In this paper, X-ray television is used to further study the pouring and solidification process of box-shaped aluminum alloy castings. The forming process and reason of casting defects are analyzed in order to find a feasible method for the cast-in-situ production Way.
