随着囊外白内障摘出术的普及及人工晶体植入术的开展,对术后膜性白障形成及后囊膜混浊的处理,越来越引起人们的重视。80年代初,一种新的显微手术技术—掺钕钇铝石榴石激光(简称Nd:YAG)开始用于切割眼内病理性膜组织,获得巨大成功,其后很快在临床得到普及。我科自1986年5月自国外引进此项技术以来,已治疗各类型眼前节疾病逾千例。现将其中治疗后发膜性白内障情况报告如下。
