笔者曾于1985年5月～1987年1月以本人设计的巩膜瓣下埋藏法治疗翼状胬肉。手术方法与本刊1990年第8期孙氏法基本相同。略异处:①为埋藏好胬肉,向巩膜侧做的巩膜板层口袋形剥离一般长6mm(平行角膜缘的切口)、宽3mm。穿过胬肉游离端的褥式缝线,从“口袋底”穿板层巩膜,于近角膜缘处穿出。然后把胬肉游离端推入“口袋”、拂平后结扎。②埋藏胬肉后巩膜瓣隆起,其边缘常外翻。为使外翻的巩膜瓣平复,在距切口两端2mm 处各间断缝合1针,此缝合包括巩膜切口内外缘及中间夹着的胬肉结膜。
