苯二氮（BDZ）类属于特殊管理的精神药物．长期应用可引起药物依赖性及耐受性等不良反应[1]。联合国麻醉委员会于80年代初期就已将其列入“1971年精神药物公约”，我国亦将其纳入第二类精神药物．要求对其进行特殊管理和慎重使用．故加强管理和合理使用BDZ具有很深远的临床治疗
Benzodiazepines (BDZ) belong to the special management of psychotropic substances. Long-term application can cause adverse drug reactions and tolerance and other adverse reactions [1]. In the early 1980s, the UN Commission on Narcotic Drugs had included it in the Convention on Psychotropic Substances of 1971 and China also included it in the second category of psychotropic substances. Requires special management and careful use of them. Therefore, strengthening the management and rational use of BDZ has far-reaching clinical treatment
