目的:建立青鹏膏剂中2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮、大黄素和大黄酚的含量测定方法。方法:采用HPLC法测定青鹏膏剂中镰形棘豆的黄酮类成分2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮的含量及亚大黄的有效成分大黄素和大黄酚的总量。结果:此方法2,,4,-二羟基查尔酮线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.67%,RSD=2.02%(n=6)。大黄素线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为98.76%,RSD=2.93%(n=6)。大黄酚线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.96%,RSD=3.36%(n=6)。结论:本方法准确、稳定;能有效地控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 2,4,-dihydroxychalcone, emodin and chrysophanol in Qingpeng Ointment. Methods: The total amount of flavonoids 2,4,-dihydroxychalcone and the total amount of emodin and chrysophanol, the effective components of A. rhaponticum, were determined by HPLC method. Results: The linear relationship between 2,4,-dihydroxychalcone was good (r=0.9999), the average recovery was 99.67%, and RSD was 2.02% (n=6). The emodin showed a good linear relationship (r=0.9998) with an average recovery of 98.76% and an RSD of 2.93% (n=6). Chrysophanol had a good linear relationship (r=0.9998) with an average recovery of 100.96% and RSD = 3.36% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is accurate and stable; it can effectively control the quality of the preparation.
