近些年来,党委办公室的信息工作水平逐步提高,但从紧贴党委、紧贴基层、紧贴实际的角度来看,还存在着“三多三少”的问题。即反映一般动态的信息多,反映大主题、高层次的信息少;被上级综合采用的信息多,被单条采用的信息少;效果一般化的信息多,被领导批示或进入党委决策等影响大、高效应的重头信息少。对此,必须从强化服务意识、质量意识、效率意识着眼,进一步理清工作思路、改进工作方法,实现“三个转变”。一、由一般动态性信息为主向高层次信息为主转变。了解动态、掌握情况是领导工作的一个重要方面,因此及时准确地提供动态性信息,是信息工作的一个重要内容,但不是唯一的内容。信息工作者既要为党委领导掌握情况
