班级作为学校组成的基本单位,倘若希望各个班级协同发展,就必须让班主任充分发挥其班级领导者和组织者的职权。农村学生的学习观念和认识不强,这便使得学生往往缺乏良好的课堂习惯和学习的自主性。这对学生日后的发展产生了严重的阻碍作用。为此,班主任必须对学生进行正确的引导,本文对农村小学班主任班级管理工作的方式进行论述分析,希望能够让农村小学教育教学与时俱进,进而走上正规化的道路。
As a basic unit of school composition, if classes are expected to work synergistically, class teachers must give full play to their class leaders and organizers. Rural students learning concepts and awareness is not strong, which makes students often lack of good classroom habits and learning autonomy. This has had a serious impediment to the future development of students. To this end, the class teacher must guide the students correctly. In this paper, we analyze and discuss the class management of rural primary school teachers, hoping to make the rural primary education advance with the times, and then embark on the path of formalization.
