某非公路矿用自卸车的前悬缸缸筒,在制造过程中长期存在同轴度超差的技术难题,分析认为主要原因为:前悬缸缸筒本身为偏心组件,与夹具装配后,整体重心与机床主轴回转中心不重合,造成高转速加工时离心力不均,引起同轴度超差。通过采用Pro/Engineer软件对前悬缸筒加工夹具进行优化设计,调整配重,使工件与夹具装配后的整体重心位置与加工回转中心重合。经过实际加工验证,采用改进后的夹具,缸筒加工合格率提高70%,同轴度变化范围明显减小,加工稳定性大大提高。
The main reason is that: the front suspension cylinder itself is an eccentric component, and after assembling with the fixture, the front suspension cylinder of the non-highway mining dump truck has technical problems of over-tolerance in the manufacturing process for a long time. The overall center of gravity does not coincide with the center of rotation of the spindle of the machine tool, resulting in uneven centrifugal force during high-speed machining, causing over-tolerance in concentricity. By using Pro / Engineer software to optimize the design of the front suspension cylinder processing fixture, adjust the counterweight so that the overall center of gravity of the workpiece and the fixture assembly after assembly coincides with the machining center of rotation. After the actual processing validation, the use of improved fixtures, cylinder processing pass rate increased by 70%, a significant reduction in coaxial range, processing stability greatly improved.
