以５种不同的有机肥用量的三次随机区组盆栽试验，指出有机肥在中上等水平（１８万ｋｇ／公顷）可提高烤烟的产质量，施有机肥对品质有明显作用。施用有机肥多时，使烟碱和蛋白质含量提高，总糖降低，施木克值在２以下，总糖／烟碱低于１０。不施有机肥的烟叶总氮过低，总氮／烟碱低至０．５左右，都不够理想。施有机肥对株高、叶数、叶长和叶宽都有增高趋势，但差异不显著。施有机肥可增产。但只有施有机肥中上等的处理（施有机肥２５万ｋｇ／公顷）较不施肥的差异达到显著水平。
Three randomized pot experiments with five different organic manures were carried out. The results showed that the organic fertilizer could improve the quality of flue-cured tobacco at middle and upper level (180,000 kg / ha), and organic manure had a significant effect on quality. When organic fertilizer is used for a long time, the content of nicotine and protein is increased, the total sugar is reduced, the value of wood is less than 2 and the total sugar / nicotine is lower than 10. No organic nitrogen fertilizer is too low total nitrogen, total nitrogen / nicotine as low as about 0.5, are not ideal. Application of manure on plant height, leaf number, leaf length and leaf width have increased trend, but the difference was not significant. Application of organic fertilizer can increase production. However, only the first treatment of organic fertilizer (application of organic fertilizer 250,000 kg / ha) than the difference between fertilization reached a significant level.
