摩腹养生,在我国已有数千年的历史。早在南北朝齐梁时期,达摩泽的《易筋经》中就有摩腹三法。在唐代,孙思邈也以“食后行百步,常以手摩腹”作为自己的养生之道。南宋著名诗人陆游有不少养生方法,其中之一是一日要摩腹数次,并曾写下了“解衣摩腹西窗下,莫怪人嘲作饭囊”、“解衣许我闲摩腹,又作幽窗梦一回”等诗句。他不仅在饭后放下筷子便摩腹,而且常常边散步,边摩腹。如“回廊摩腹行”、“徐行摩腹出荆扉”等,由于陆游深谙摩腹之道,故尽管一生坎坷,仍得以高龄而寿终。《内经》中说:“背为阳,腹为
