各市、州、县人民政府,省政府各委办厅局、各直属机构:根据《国务院批转国家计委关于加强房地产价格调控加快住房建设意见的通知》(国发[1998]34号)精神,结合我省实际,提出如下贯彻意见:一、加强房地产价格管理。(一)规范经济适用住房价格管理。经济适用住房价格,按下述原则实施管理:1.经济适用住房价格,由当地政府价格主管部门按照开发建设成本项目以及在国家规定的费用和利润限定的幅度内进行审定。2.当地政府价格主管部门审定的小区平均经济适用住房价格(含优质加价)原则上不得
