电视腹腔镜于 70年代末开始引进我国 ,近 10年逐渐在许多大医院普及 ,目前已发展为一项诊治妇科疾病的新技术 ,并逐步代替一些传统的开腹手术。例如 :输卵管妊娠手术、卵巢囊肿手术、不孕证诊治术及子宫切除术等。但如何处理好腹腔镜下手术出血问题 ,是提高手术质量 ,减少并发?
TV laparoscopy was introduced into our country in the late 1970s and gradually became popular in many large hospitals in the past 10 years. It has now developed into a new technology for the diagnosis and treatment of gynecological diseases and gradually replaced some traditional laparotomy. For example: tubal pregnancy surgery, ovarian cyst surgery, infertility diagnosis and treatment and hysterectomy. But how to deal with the problem of laparoscopic bleeding surgery is to improve the quality of surgery and reduce concurrency?
