1 病例资料 患者女性,49岁,于10年发现左侧腹股沟有一包块,鸡蛋大小、无疼痛、发热、可自行消失、未予治疗。以后包块逐渐增大,以近期显著,当地医院拟炎性包块,予抗炎治疗,无好转。来我院就诊,门诊以左侧腹股沟包块收入住院。 2 B超诊断 左侧腹股沟皮下可探及10×8×6.5cm大小的肿块,轮廓清晰,边缘规则,内部为无回声区,无回声区内有细弱散在光点及多条间隔光带,边缘可见一通道与左侧腹股沟环相通,
