分析了25 Cr35 Ni耐热合金表面的沉积焦炭,探讨了焦炭的形成机理.结果表明,焦炭分为三种类型,即丝状焦炭、层片状焦炭和颗粒状焦炭;局域丝状焦炭的沉积与材料表面化学成分密切相关,其余焦炭的形成和生长本质上不受材料成分的影响;丝状焦炭的生长促进材料表面继续结焦和渗碳,而非催化焦炭的沉积一定程度地抑制催化焦炭的继续形成和发展,进而减轻材料的碳侵蚀程度
The deposited coke on the surface of 25 Cr35 Ni heat-resistant alloy was analyzed and the formation mechanism of coke was discussed. The results show that coke is divided into three types, namely, coke, lamellar coke and granular coke. The deposition of local coke is closely related to the chemical composition of the surface of the material, and the formation and growth of the remaining coke are essentially independent of the material Composition of the surface; the growth of filamentous coke to promote the surface of the material to continue coking and carburizing, and non-catalytic coke deposition to some extent inhibit the continued formation of catalytic coke and development, thus reducing the degree of carbon erosion of materials
