据了解,很多使用单位不了解喷油螺杆空压机润滑的特殊情况,在空压机试运转保养时或开车前的低速预温过程中,由于长时间的低速无负荷空转运行(指不拉启荷塞情况下),多次发生机壳、端盖的过度磨损,轴承发热发烫甚至烧蚀等故障。本文从理论上分析,提出空压机低速预温的适宜时间。以国产LGYⅡ-10/7喷油螺杆式空压机为例,其润滑冷却系统如图1所示:
