今年,党中央、国务院又及时把国有大中型企业的改革作为改革的重点。那么,搞活国有大中型企业,在思维上应作怎样的转换?在操作上要攻克什么样的难点?这是大家十分关注的问题。为此,我们专门走访了著名经济学家、国家体改委综合规划与试点司负责人范恒山教授。 跳出不科学的思维框框 范恒山指出:要使新一轮的国有企业改革取得成功,首要的还是转换思想。从目前的实践看,一些不科学的思维妨碍了改革扎扎实实地展开,也影响了企业改革的效果。
