目的探讨分析正畸治疗中患者的牙釉质脱矿情况,完善临床应用。方法选取2011年10月—2013年11月于我院就诊接受口腔正畸治疗的患者120例(共1580颗牙),对比分析患者接受治疗前后牙齿的釉质脱矿情况。记录患者进行治疗过程中的牙釉质脱矿发病率及脱矿的严重度,获取患者牙齿釉质脱矿指数。结果在口腔正畸治疗过程中,牙釉质脱矿者71例(59.17%),共286颗牙(11.09%)出现釉质脱矿现象。上颌侧牙釉质脱矿率(18.73%)显著较下颌侧牙釉质脱矿率(16.20%)高,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大部分脱矿损害发生于正畸矫正器托槽龈方的牙釉质,程度一般较轻,上颌牙EDI平均值明显较下颌牙EDI平均值大(P<0.01)。其余各方面无显著差异。结论牙釉质脱矿是正畸治疗过程中的一种多发现象,在临床工作中需加以重视并采取相应的措施应对。
Objective To analyze the demineralization of enamel in patients undergoing orthodontic treatment and to improve its clinical application. Methods A total of 120 patients (1580 teeth) receiving oral orthodontic treatment in our hospital from October 2011 to November 2013 were selected to analyze the enamel demineralization of the patients before and after treatment. The incidence of enamel demineralization and severity of demineralization during the treatment of patients were recorded and the enamel demineralization index was obtained. Results During the orthodontic treatment, enamel demineralization occurred in 71 cases (59.17%) and 286 teeth (11.09%). The maxillary enamel demineralization rate (18.73%) was significantly higher than that of mandibular enamel demineralization (16.20%), with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). The majority of demineralization lesions occurred on the gingival enamel of orthodontics brackets, with a lesser degree of severity. The average EDI of maxillary teeth was significantly larger than that of mandibular teeth (P <0.01). The rest of the no significant difference. Conclusions Enamel demineralization is a frequent phenomenon during orthodontic treatment. It is necessary to pay attention to the clinical work and take corresponding measures to deal with it.
