目的 :探讨中华按蚊自然状态下的动态变化。方法 :于 1994 - 1995年间在郑州地区 ,对中华按蚊自然种群第 5、6、7、8世代的生命表进行了研究。结果 :共建立了 8个生命表 ,从中可以看出 :进入雨季后 ,死亡关键因素 K值中 ,K5最高 ,K9次之。用 Varley的图解分析法和 Podoler的回归分析法进行了关键因素分析。根据 1995年的生命表资料绘制了当年 5— 8代的存活曲线。种群趋势指数 值均大于 1,第 5代的 值最高。结论 :中华按蚊自然种群死亡的第 1关键因素是大暴雨引起 1- 2龄幼虫的死亡 ,第 2关键因素是捕食引起 3- 4龄幼虫的死亡。最高死亡率出现在 1-2龄幼虫阶段 ,存活曲线均属于 Slobodkin 型。在郑州地区 6、7、8月内 ,中华按蚊自然种群数量均是增加的 ,第 5代增加的最高 ( =34 .4 584 )。
Objective: To explore the dynamic changes of Anopheles sinensis in natural condition. Methods: The life tables of 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th generations of Anopheles sinensis were studied in Zhengzhou area from 1994 to 1995. Results: A total of 8 life tables were established. It can be seen that among the K values of the key factors of death after entering the rainy season, K5 is the highest and K9 is the second. A key factor analysis was conducted using Varley’s graphical analysis and Podoler’s regression analysis. Based on the 1995 life table data, the survival curves of 5-8 generations were drawn. Population trend index values were greater than 1, the fifth generation of the highest value. CONCLUSIONS: The first key factor in the death of Anopheles sinensis natural populations is the death of 1- and 2-year-old larvae in heavy rainstorms. The second key factor is the predation of 3-4-year-old larvae. The highest mortality was observed in the first and second larval stages, and the survival curves all belong to the Slobodkin type. In June, July and August in Zhengzhou, the population of Anopheles sinensis was increased, and the 5th generation increased the highest (= 34.4584).
