2009年12月13日,北京绿化基金会召开换届大会,选举产生了第三届理事会。被誉为“中国绿化老人”的单昭祥任名誉理事长,原北京奥组委秘书行政部副部长林向义当选新一届理事会理事长,李永芳任首席顾问。第三届理事会第一次全体会议同时召开,北京市人大常委会副主任赵凤山、北京市人民政府副秘书长安钢、北京市园林绿化局局长董瑞龙等领导及嘉宾到会祝贺。
December 13, 2009, Beijing Green Foundation held a general meeting, elected the third council. Honorary Chairman of Shanzhao Xiang, who was hailed as “China Greening Elderly People”, Lin Xiangyi, former secretary of the BOCOG Secretary of Administration, was elected as the chairman of the new council and Li Yongfang as chief counsel. The first plenary session of the third council was held at the same time. Leaders and guests including Mr. Zhao Fengshan, deputy director of Beijing Municipal People’s Congress, Anyang Steel, the deputy secretary general of Beijing Municipal People’s Government, and Dong Ruilong, director of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Landscape Architecture, attended the meeting.
