目的研究胃癌前病变及胃癌中细胞凋亡与FasL表达的关系,探讨细胞凋亡在胃癌发病中的作用.方法采用脱氧核糖核酸末端转移酶介导的dUTP缺口末端标记(TUNEL)技术及免疫组化染色对正常胃粘膜10例,慢性胃炎72例和胃癌50例中凋亡细胞及FasL表达状态进行原位观察和比较.结果萎缩性胃炎、Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型肠化生及异型增生的凋亡细胞指数(128%,170%,146%,96%,80%)显著高于正常粘膜(34%)和癌(58%)(t=561,757,518,471,403;t=433,643,415,307,211;P<001及P<005);异型增生组织凋亡细胞指数(80%)显著低于萎缩性胃炎和Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型肠化生(128%,170%,146%;t=267,473,292;P<005及P<001);Ⅲ型肠化生的凋亡细胞指数(96%)显著低于Ⅰ型、Ⅱ型肠化生(170%,146%;t=369,213;P<001及P<005).正常胃粘膜无FasL表达,胃癌前病变及胃癌中均有不同程度的FasL表达.FasL表达阳性肠化生、异型增生和胃癌中的凋亡细胞指数(198%?
Objective To study the relationship between apoptosis and FasL expression in gastric precancerous lesions and gastric cancer, and to explore the role of apoptosis in the pathogenesis of gastric cancer.
