日本姜科山姜[Alpinia japonica(Thunb.)Miq.]的种子在日本称作伊豆缩砂,常作芳香健胃药。木村等曾从其中分离出多种黄酮及单萜烯类物质。作者从其根茎分离得四种倍半萜烯类物质,其中(2)是一种新化合物。新鲜根茎的甲醇提取物的水溶液以石油醚分次提取。石油醚液经硅胶反复分离精制后,经浸润过硝酸银的硅胶进行层析分离,得化合物1～4。化合物(1)经鉴定确证为4α-羟基二氢琼脂呋喃
Japanese ginger ginger [Alpinia japonica (Thunb.) Miq.] Seeds in Japan known as Izumi sand, often as aromatic stomach medicine. Kimura, etc. from which a variety of flavonoids and monoterpenes were isolated. The authors isolated four sesquiterpenes from their rhizomes, of which (2) is a novel compound. The aqueous solution of fresh rhizomes methanol extract was fractionated with petroleum ether. After repeated separation and purification of the petroleum ether solution by silica gel, silica gel infiltrated with silver nitrate was subjected to chromatography to obtain compounds 1 to 4. Compound (1) was identified as 4α-hydroxy dihydrogen agarfume
