本文比较冬眠动物黄鼠冬眠状态和活动状态心肌收缩的力一频率关系和力-间歇关系,以及Cd2+和ryanodine对其动作电位和收缩力的影响。结果表明:(1)提高刺激频率对活动组具有负变力作用,而对冬眠组则是收缩为先增加后减弱的双相变化;冬眠组具有较强的间歇后收缩,并且刺激频率对其具有较强的调制作用;(2)与活动组相比,冬眠组动作电位前期时程和收缩期较短,收缩力较大,Cd2+对其影响较小,但ryanodine对其收缩力有较强的抑制作用。上述结果从不同角度说明,黄鼠冬眠期间降低了其心肌兴奋收缩耦联对胞外钙内流的依赖性,强化了其心肌肌质网的钙源功能,这可能是冬眠动物心脏耐寒适应的重要条件。
In this paper, the force-frequency relationship and force-intermittent relationship between hibernating and active myocardial contractions of hibernating gibbons and the effect of Cd2 + and ryanodine on their action potentials and contractility were compared.
