本研究中，采用水迷宫空间分辩能力测试实验和被动回避性跳台实验，观察ω３高不饱和脂肪酸对大鼠学习记忆能力影响。结果表明，ω３高不饱和脂肪酸能明显提高大鼠学习记忆能力。

In this study, water maze test of spatial resolution ability and passive avoidance step-down test to observe the effect of ω3 PUFAs on learning and memory in rats. The results showed that ω3 PUFAs can significantly improve learning and memory in rats.
