目的建立一种同时测定皮炎散复方制剂中阿魏酸、毛蕊花糖苷和哈巴俄苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Xpurisil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-体积分数为0.5%的甲酸溶液;流速:1.0 m L·min~(-1);检测波长:0~30 min,波长为330 nm,30~50 min,波长为278 nm;进样量:15μL;柱温:35℃。结果阿魏酸、毛蕊花糖苷和哈巴俄苷质量浓度分别在4.0~24.0、24.0~144.0和4.0~24.0 mg·L~(-1)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系;阿魏酸、毛蕊花糖苷和哈巴俄苷的平均回收率分别为98.9%、99.0%和97.0%,RSD分别为1.8%、1.2%和1.1%(n=6)。结论本方法可用于皮炎散复方制剂中阿魏酸、毛蕊花糖苷和哈巴俄苷含量测定。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of ferulic acid, verbascoside, and harpagoside in dermatitis and rheumatism. Methods The HPLC method was adopted. The column was Xpurisil C 18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile with a volume fraction of 0.5% formic acid and the flow rate was 1.0 m L · min -1. ; Detection wavelength: 0 ~ 30 min, wavelength of 330 nm, 30 ~ 50 min, wavelength of 278 nm; injection volume: 15 μL; Results The concentrations of ferulic acid, verbascoside and harporin were linear with the peak areas in the range of 4.0-24.0, 24.0-144.0 and 4.0-24.0 mg · L -1, respectively. Ferulic acid, verbascoside And habradoside were 98.9%, 99.0% and 97.0%, respectively, with RSDs of 1.8%, 1.2% and 1.1%, respectively (n = 6). Conclusion This method can be used for the determination of the content of ferulic acid, verbascoside, and harpagoside in Pi Yan San Compound Preparations.
