在党的十八大报告中指出,“要加强党内建设工作,巩固我党的执政基础”。这一理念的提出,为我国事业单位的党建工作提供了理论基础。事业单位的党组织是我党的基础组织,加强事业单位党政建设的力度不但有利于促进本单位工作的顺利开展,也为社会经济的良好发展提供了良好的政治基础。然而,在新的发展形势之下,事业单位的党政建设工作中也存在着一些问题。本文对当前事业单位党政工作所面临的问题进行了分析,进而提出了强化事业单位党政建设力度的一些途径。
In the report of the 18th CPC National Congress, he pointed out: “We must strengthen party building and consolidate our party’s governing foundation.” The proposal of this concept has provided the theoretical basis for the party construction in our country. The party organizations in public institutions are the basic organizations of our party. Strengthening the party building in public institutions is not only conducive to the smooth development of the work of the unit, but also provides a good political foundation for the sound development of the society and economy. However, under the new development situation, there are still some problems in the party and government construction in public institutions. This paper analyzes the problems facing the current party and government work, and then puts forward some ways to strengthen the construction of party and government in public institutions.
