一九八八年省农水科研工作会议于四月二日至五日在江都县召开,与会代表有省农水科研所、站,各市主管该工作的负责同志,重点县办农水试验站,以及会议特邀有关大专院校、科研单位、《江苏水利科技》编辑部的专家、学者和解放初期参加我省农水科研现已离退休的老同志等六十余人;会议自始至终得到江都县水利局的大力支持,是近几年来我省农水科研工作前所未有的盛会。会议由省水利厅农水处主持,科教处、科研所派员参加,审查了一九八七年科研课题任务完成情况,探讨其存在问题与解决途径;论证了一九八八年新开课题,明确了以实现稳粮增棉战略目标的水利对策研究和改土、节水、节能、水资源的开发与保护措施的探讨,作为近期内农水科研的主攻方向。会上,科教处的杨念公副处长传达了中央关于向黄淮海进军的
The 1988 provincial conference on agricultural water scientific research was held in Jiangdu County from April 2 to April 5.
