中国医改的效果很大程度上取决于医疗服务供给侧改革的决心和措施,而医疗领域供给侧改革成效则和公立医院的管理水平密切相关.本文以H医院为例,结合目前我国公立医院在医疗供给侧改革过程中的现状及普遍存在的问题,分析医院精细化管理的必要性,并针对性地提出医院在供给侧改革过程中精细化管理的实施路径.旨在实现医疗资源的科学配置、提高医疗资源有效供给.
