In this paper, through the comparison of calcinations kinetics process of high-strength low-calcium silicate clinker and ordinary silicate clinker, the calcinations kinetics process was discussed by applying the methods of raw materials chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction etc.The results of study were shown that: the burnability of raw meal of high-strength low-calcium clinker was better than that of ordinary Portland clinker, the sintering temperature was reduced by about 50~100℃;the calcinations reaction activation energy was calculated respectively by the kinetics formula and the Arrhenius formula.The calcinations reaction activation energy of high-strength low-calcium silicate clinker was decreased by 32 kJ·mol-1 compared with the ordinary Portland clinker.In the scale production process of high-strength low-calcium silicate clinker, 29kg CO2 emissions was reduced oer ton of clinker compared with the ordinary Portland clinker.
