目的:研究菝葜活性成分抗炎作用机理。方法:灌胃给予大鼠菝葜各提取部位7d后,检测大鼠炎足PGE2含量,运用PGE2放射免疫法测定菝葜活性部位对大鼠血清血栓素B2(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素F1a(6-keto-PGF1a)、IL-1、IL-6、TNF水平的影响。结果:菝葜乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位在24、12、6 g生药/kg能显著抑制PGE2释放活性(P<0.01),其活性均显著优于金刚藤对照组(P<0.01)。并能显著降低TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a(P<0.05),且显著优于阳性对照组(P<0.05)。结论:菝葜乙酸乙酯和正丁醇部位能抑制炎症部位PGE2的释放,并有活血化瘀的作用。
Objective: To study the anti-inflammatory mechanism of wolfberry active ingredients. METHODS: PGE2 content was measured in rats after intragastric administration for 7 days, and PGE2 was used to determine the activity of TXB2 and 6-keto-prostaglandin in the active site of rats. Effects of levels of F1a (6-keto-PGF1a), IL-1, IL-6, and TNF. RESULTS: The ethyl acetate and n-butanol fractions significantly inhibited PGE2 release activity at 24, 12 and 6 g crude drug/kg (P<0.01), and their activity was significantly better than that of Jingangteng control group (P<0.01). And can significantly reduce the TXB2/6-keto-PGF1a (P <0.05), and significantly better than the positive control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Ethyl acetate and n-butanol inhibited the release of PGE2 from the inflammation site and had the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
