Confucianism emphasizes the power of morality, emphasizing the use of etiquette to govern the country, which is of significance in class management. Therefore, in the process of class management, we can adopt the rational concept of Confucianism and apply Confucian moral education and courtesy methods to class management, which can effectively solve the problem of class and improve the effect of class management.
