本研究目的是探讨根管治疗失败后以下几方面的关系:①临床症状和根管治疗失败之间的关系,②根管中的坏死物或细菌与根尖周炎症的严重程度之间的关系,③急性症状与炎症细胞类型之间的关系,④临床症状与细菌存在之间的关系。材料和方法根管治疗失败后行根尖周外科手术获得的150例活检标本用于本研究。按照Strindberg的根充失败的标准:①临床症状仍然存在,②牙龈有窦道出现,③根尖周骨质出现新的或增加或无变化的X线破坏影像。观察时间为根充后6个月到14年,无牙周
The purpose of this study was to explore the following aspects of failure of root canal therapy after the relationship between ① clinical symptoms and the failure of root canal treatment, ② root canal necrosis or bacteria and periapical inflammation between the severity , ③ the relationship between acute symptoms and inflammatory cell types, and ④ the relationship between clinical symptoms and the presence of bacteria. MATERIALS AND METHODS 150 biopsies obtained after root canal surgery failed after root canal therapy were used in this study.
