编辑同志: 您们好!我们上海奉贤县南桥镇三所幼儿园有60多名教职工,从1983年开始每人都订阅了贵刊。我们还安排专门时间组织学习,收益不少,在此特向贵刊表示感谢。在学习《幼儿园教育纲要》(试行草案)中,有些问题我们还搞不清楚,热忱希望得到你们的帮助。《纲要》中说:“在游戏时间,教师的领导艺术在于充分发挥幼儿的积极性、主动性和创造性,让幼儿愉快地,自由地选择各种游戏或其它活动,促进他们的聪明才智和个性的发展。”通过反复学习,我们认识到在游戏中发挥幼儿的“三性”是十分重要的,而在创造性游戏中则特别要让幼儿有三个自由:自由定主题,自由结伴,自由选择玩具。但这就给我们备好“创游”教
