1980年12月~1981年4月,我们在东郊农场苇沟猪场选择了条件相似的秋产苏荣杂种仔猪54头,随机区分6组,每组9头。进行同一能量(3100大卡),不同蛋白水平(高蛋:16、14、13%;低蛋:13、11、10%)下分别添加腐钠(0.5%/风干饲料)与腐钠+脂肪酸脲的2×3复因子试验。试验结果表明:在高能高蛋白水平下添加腐钠比高能低蛋水平下添加的效果好:(1)在高能高蛋白水平下添加0.5%纯腐钠可提高日增率4.18%(P>0.05),节省混合料0.11%kg(3.3%)/增重。特别在体重20~5kg 阶段时可提高日增率11.92%(P>0.05)节省混合料0.21kg(6.89%)/增重。(2)在高能高蛋水平下添加腐钠脂肪脲不起作用。(3)在高能低蛋水平下添加腐钠提高日增率0.57%。腐钠脂肪脲组增长1.32%,基本上不起作用。但在低能低蛋水平下能起一定的作用。
From December 1980 to April 1981, we selected 54 hybrid piglets of the same yield in Weiguogou Farm, Eastern Suburb, and randomly divided 6 groups of 9 pigs each. At the same energy (3100 calories), different protein levels (high egg: 16,14,13%; low egg: 13,11,10%) were added saponification (0.5% / air dried feed) Urea 2 × 3 complex factor test.
