目的探讨经单鼻孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除垂体瘤围手术期的护理方式。方法选取42例于我院行经单鼻孔蝶窦入路垂体瘤切除术的垂体瘤患者,于围手术期对其实施了全面而优质的护理,观察其护理效果。结果 42例患者当中,术后月经恢复正常者3例,视力及视野恢复者23例;术后出现尿崩症者6例,脑脊液漏者2例,其他患者未见并发症产生出现。结论对于行经单鼻孔蝶窦入路内镜下切除术的垂体瘤患者在手术期接受全面的综合护理措施,尤其是术后的并发症护理,可有效提高手术的成功率,促进患者术后康复。
Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing of endoscopic pituitary adenoma by single nostril sphenoid approach. Methods Forty-two patients with pituitary adenoma who had undergone single-nostril sphenoid sinus surgery in our hospital were enrolled in this study. Their comprehensive and high-quality nursing was performed during perioperative period to observe their nursing effects. Results Among the 42 patients, 3 cases had normal menstruation after operation, 23 cases had visual acuity and visual field recovery, 6 cases had diabetes insipidus after operation, 2 cases had cerebrospinal fluid leak, and no complication occurred in other patients. CONCLUSIONS: Patients with pituitary adenomas who undergo endoscopic resection through a single nostril sphenoidoma undergo comprehensive comprehensive nursing care during the operation, especially postoperative complications care, which can effectively improve the success rate of surgery and promote postoperative recovery .
