北京市海淀区参照联合国儿童基金会“爱生学校”项目核心理念与评价标准,全面推进区域教育优质均衡发展。实施“全纳”的入学政策,通过资源整合和布局调整,保障区域内每一个学生平等接受优质教育的权利;提升教师专业化水平,促进区域教育内涵发展;着眼于儿童发展需要,创建学习乐园;促进学校主体多方参与,建立民主管理制度。以项目实施推动学校深度改进,促进学校自主发展。
