根据现行标准,分析了木工带锯机锯卡运动轨迹对锯条平行度的检验方法和使用的检验工具,指出正确理解检验方法的要点和目前检验用带锯条或无齿钢带代替检验钢带作为测量基准,不能满足测量基准的精度要求。提出用辅助平板贴靠无齿钢带作测量基准,解决检验钢带既薄又长,加工困难的问题。该方法可减少测量时的系统误差,提高测量基准精度,为带锯机整机几何精度检验结果的判定和评价质量提供了保证。
According to the current standard, this paper analyzes the inspection method and the inspection tools used by the saw blade of the woodworking band saw blade to track the parallelism of the saw blade, and points out the key points of the correct understanding of the inspection method and the current test of using band saw blade or toothless steel band instead of testing the steel band as Measurement standards, can not meet the accuracy requirements of the measurement standards. Proposed to use an auxiliary plate against the toothless steel strip as a measurement basis to solve the test strip is thin and long, difficult processing problems. The method can reduce the system error during measurement, improve the accuracy of the measurement reference, and provide a guarantee for the judgment and evaluation quality of the inspection results of the geometric accuracy of the band saw machine.
