里能集团始终高度重视安全生产工作,认真扎实地对安全制度进行不断完善,紧紧抓住五个环节狠抓安全生产,杜绝了各类重大安全事故的发生。截至目前,集团下属三个煤矿企业实现安全生产分别达1827天、2279天、2865天。卓有成效的安全工作有力地促进了其它各项工作的开展。抓目标,确保责任落实到位。2001年年初,集团党委研究制定了《安全工作实施意见》,提出了全年安全生产责任目标。为把集团的总体安全目标落实到位,我们重点强化了五个方面的责任:一是强化各单位主要负责人的安全责任。明确规定各单位主要负责人是安全生产的第一责任人。二是强化全体人员的责任。建立安全生产风险机制,根据不同岗位、责任大小,每名干部职工都交纳一定数量的风险抵押金,
