在大鼠脊神经节细胞周围突向肋间神经和胃等内脏分支投射基础上,用电刺激大鼠左侧切断神经根的T_(10)肋间神经,记录了同侧内脏大神经上的诱发电位。结果:记录到平均传导速度为12.40m/sec的复合动作电位,此结果不受呼吸肌麻痹的影响,但麻醉肋间种经或内脏大神经后不再出现。提示:神经冲动可从脊神经节细胞周围突行走在肋间神经中的躯体分支,经分叉处传导到行走于内脏大神经中的内脏分支,这些分支以 A-δ纤维为主。
