我院为省属综合性医院兼教学医院,担负着收治省内三区一市及转来危重、疑难病人的医疗任务。自1985年7月1日起我院试行了医院管理改革,为检验管理改革在医疗质量和医院病床工作效率方面所起的作用,我们选用了1985年1～6月与1987年同期急症观察及住院工作动态、疾病分类统计资料,做为改革前后两时期的对比。
Our hospital is a provincial general hospital and teaching hospital. It is responsible for the medical missions to treat three districts and one city in the province and to transfer critical and difficult patients. Since July 1, 1985, our hospital has implemented hospital management reforms. To test the role of management reforms in the quality of medical care and the efficiency of hospital beds, we have selected observations of acute illnesses in the same period from January to June 1985 and the same period in 1987. Inpatient work dynamics and disease classification statistics were compared between the two periods before and after the reform.
