1996年.我县党办工作在县委的直接领导下,在市委办公室的亲切关怀和指导下,学习借鉴兄弟县市的先进经验.取得了较好的成绩。在已经结束的全市党办系统单项工作评比中,秘书工作、机要工作、督查工作、政研工作、行政接待工作均位居第一,信息工作位居第二;在全省的评比中,我们县委办公室被评为保密工作、党史工作、信访工作以及《安徽内参》征订发行工作先进单位,信息工作还位居全省县市级第二位;在全国性的评比中,县委办公室被评为党史工作、《内参选编》征订工作、保密宣传教育工作先进单位。回顾一年来党办工作的实践,我们深深地感到.做好党办工作的关键在做好人的工作。在这方面,我们采取了许多措施.或动之以情,或导之以行,以不断增强办公室的凝聚力。
