随着改革开放的不断深入,个体、私营企业日渐增多。它们的出现,不但给整个社会经济的发展注入新的活力,同时也给许多难以找到适合自己工作的临时工提供了很好的就业机会。笔者近来在一次劳动用工执法大检查中发现,某一家私营服装厂正式职工仅26人,而使用的临时工竟高达135人,这135名临时工却无一人参加社会保险。还有一个体食品加工厂使用的临时工高达350人,尽管该食品厂与13名临时工签订了劳动合同,但该企业仍没给这350名临时工缴纳社会保险费。据调查,目前大多数个体、私
With the continuous deepening of reform and opening up, the number of individuals and private enterprises is on the increase. Their appearance not only brings fresh vitality to the entire social and economic development, but also provides good job opportunities for many temporary workers who find it difficult to find suitable jobs for themselves. Recently, the author found in a large inspection of labor and employment law enforcement that there were only 26 officially employed workers in a private clothing factory, while the number of temporary workers employed was as high as 135.
