近几年应用过氧化物同工酶分析方法鉴定植物的种及杂种的报导很多,而且,经过验证其结果是比较简便可靠的。应用同工酶技术对果树育种及遗传关系的研究也逐渐增加,但目前在良种选育过程中,用同工酶分析方法对品种优良性状进行早期鉴定的研究尚少。所以,本研究试图通过栗树不同种及品种的同工酶谱比较,找出种与品种的差异规律,进而探索栗树良种主要优良性状的早期鉴定的生化方法,为良种选育和品种比较提供科学依据。
