工程采购工作在我国已经开始起步,它的高利润、高产值吸引着国内众多设计院一试身手。但国内各单位往往对工程采购的一般程序还不够熟悉,对文件编写方法不了解,工作中常出现一些不应有的问题。为此,我们发表郑健同志介绍工程采购的文章,将国外成熟的采购程序和采购过程中一些文件的编写方法介绍给同志们。供大家参考。
The project procurement work has started in China. Its high profit and high output value has attracted many domestic design institutes to try their best. However, domestic units are often not familiar with the general procedures for project procurement, they do not understand the method of document preparation, and some undue problems often arise in their work.
