2011“上海之春”国际音乐节管乐艺术节于2011年4月30日至5月2日在上海市杨浦区举行,来自美国、马来西亚、韩国、泰国的国外优秀乐团和国内24支优秀乐团,约2000名乐手共同参加了这一世界性的管乐盛会。本届管乐艺术节由“上海之春”国际音乐节组委会、上海市文化广播影视管理局、上海市文学艺术界联合会、中国音乐家协会管乐学会、中国人民解放军军乐团、中共上海市杨浦区委员会、上海市杨浦区人民政府等10家
2011 “Spring of Shanghai ” International Music Festival Wind Music Festival was held in Yangpu District, Shanghai from April 30 to May 2, 2011, with 24 outstanding foreign orchestras from the United States, Malaysia, South Korea and Thailand, Outstanding orchestra, about 2000 musicians participated in this worldwide wind music event.
