2007年9月7日,中国人民财产保险股份有限公司与中国汽车技术研究中心正式签署战略合作协议。根据协议,中国人保财险成为C-NCAP的第一战略合作伙伴。双方宣称今后将在汽车安全性、交通事故分析、汽车产业标准等领域进行广泛、深入的合作。由于中国人保财险和汽研中心均是各自领域的领导者,双方签署的战略合作协议很快就引起了社会各界的广泛关注,同时产生了诸如“强强联手有垄断市场之嫌”、“价格低的车安全性较差,而这部分车主的收入较低,如果费率反而高的话,有劫贫济富的嫌疑”等疑问,可谓是众说纷纭,莫衷一词。带着诸多疑问,笔者采访了中国人民财产保险股份有限公司执行副总裁王和。
On September 7, 2007, PICC Property & Casualty Co., Ltd. and China Automotive Technology Research Center officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement.
