监控组态软件的开发,首先需要解决和底层控制设备的通信问题,才能实现对工业现场数据的实时采集和控制。在Visual Studio2005运行环境下,运用.NET技术,实现了上位机监控组态软件与S7-300 PLC之间的以太网TCP通信。在实验室Festo水箱液位监控实验中,通过以太网通信方式,监控组态软件可以监控S7-300 PLC采集的液位和阀门数据,证明了本软件系统能够实时采集和控制工业现场设备数据。
