热休克蛋白(HSPs)普遍存在于所有细胞内,在各种有害刺激下,细胞通过改变基因表达的方式,诱导HSPs的产生而启动内源性保护机制。HSPs引起自身免疫反应。在感染引起的免疫性疾病的发生和发展中,HSPs具有防止感染应激引起的细胞损害和促进受损细胞恢复等重要作用。
Heat shock proteins (HSPs) are ubiquitous in all cells. Under various noxious stimuli, cells initiate endogenous protective mechanisms by altering gene expression and inducing HSPs. HSPs cause autoimmune reactions. In the pathogenesis and development of immune-induced diseases caused by infection, HSPs play an important role in preventing cell damage caused by infection stress and promoting recovery of damaged cells.
